/link and /unlink
/link/unlinkLinking AniList unlocks your lists, progress logging, episode alerts (Miru+), /compat, /recommend, /wrapped and the server feed. Both replies are private.
-
Run
/link. Miru replies privately (only you can see it) with instructions and two buttons. -
Press Authorize on AniList, sign in, and approve Miru.
-
AniList shows a code on screen. Copy it.
-
Back in Discord, press Enter code and paste the code into the Authorization code box.
-
Miru confirms with your AniList name, avatar, anime and manga counts, and the date your access expires.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- You have 5 minutes to press Enter code, then 10 minutes to submit the code.
- The code is single-use and expires quickly. If AniList rejects it, run
/linkagain for a fresh one. - Access lasts one year. AniList doesn’t offer refresh tokens, so after a year Miru will ask you to run
/linkagain. - Running
/linkwhile you’re already linked just shows your current account. - Linking on its own doesn’t read or change your lists.
/unlink
Section titled “/unlink”/unlink deletes your stored AniList token and the link to your account.
